The Wedding!

Well, this is where it all started on August 17th, 2007. We were married at the Edwards House downtown Fort Collins, CO in the evening. Although it rained a little (we all figured it was my grandparents in Heaven letting us know they were there) it all went off with pretty good success!
There were bears and news cameras all up in our faces while we were trying to take our pictures, but I guess it just makes it even more memorable.
I was really surprised how smoothly it all went after all the hard work we all put into it! I just wish that it didn't go by so fast and seem like such a whirlwind. If I had to do it all over again, I would have taken more time to enjoy it!

We were seriously nervous about putting the rings on, my mom said that we didn't do it right, but really we were just trying to get it over with :)

Us before the wedding, yeah, the bear was seriously looking down on us from above!!

Can't forget my parents, they are the best in the world!

Our cake was not only beautiful with special ordered pieces of my dress fabric on the base, it was also the best tasting thing I have ever had!

And I guess we sealed the deal, there's no going back now, but it's not like we would...

Wow, I remember at this point I couldn't really believe this was happening! It was all a little surreal!

Of course there was actually a real baby black bear in the tree across the street from the ceremony! There were news cameras from across the state there making me soo nervous, filming me as I was taking my pictures!!!

Right after we were married, I love this pic!

Hey Lacee, it's Alisha. Sorry it has taken me forever to get back to you. It was so good to here from you. You really weren't scarying me. I was just on my mix map looking at who had been looking and I was getting hits from Colorado. I didn't know anyone there so I thought well maybe they would tell me who they were. It's kindoff scary having all your info out there for everyone to look at. It's when I have people looking from Germany or Sweeden so anyways. It's so good to see you. You looked gorgeous on your wedding day. Last I heard you were in Moscow. So how'd you meet, are you working, what does he do, where are parents now. Seeing you brought back so many memories. You were truly one of my best friends. I wish we would have stayed closer friends. I went with my sister to Boise and on our way back I saw the Pomerrell sign. I thought of our skiing trip and then the next day I heard from you weird uhh. Please keep in touch. Again it was so good to see ya. Tell your folks hi and CONGRATS.
